Operational Times

During "Operational Times" installations are called as necessary; outside these times they are treated as disconnected. Schedule operational times using the interactive calendar.

Maintenance

Create maintenance plans to account for downtime and expenses.

Add entries with:

• Name
• Interval (hours between events)
• Downtime Length (hours)
• Parts Cost
• Labour Cost
• Deferral Plan: Immediate (triggers when runtime exceeds interval) or Nominated Day (triggers on soonest specified time/day after runtime exceeds interval).

An example would be that the service is deferred until the following Monday at 9am. This means that the system would run for up to a week without being maintained, however this gives a more realistic downtime, immediate could happen on a Sunday at 3am when nobody will be around to maintain the system.
